Hi my name is Sue Clayton.  I have been the manager at South Douglas ES since 2020 and I have been in school nutrition since 2012 .  I love working in school nutrition because I love seeing the happiness on the faces of the babies and I love training and developing my staff to become leaders.  My favorite quote is “Nothing ventured nothing gained.”
