Hi my name is Chef Timothy Patridge.  I have work with DCSS Nutrition Department since 2020 and I have been a culinary leader since 1980.  I love working in school nutrition because I love contributed to a child’s growth and education.  My favorite quote is “There is no passion to be found in playing small, in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living”
